• Interlocal Agreement between the Martin County government and the School Board . This document specifically details the amount that each government agency must pay.

• Martin County Aquatic Complex Study. This document is the study that the martin County Parks and Recreation Department paid for to help decide what type of complex to build. When you review it, you will note that there is no option for a pool only, all options include water recreation features such as slides, jungle gyms, current channels, etc.  This is a really big file that might take a long time to download.
