Just a quick note to let everyone know that the county approved all three of the Parks and Recreation Department's recommendations for the pool today. Here they are in case you missed them:

1) Extended the interlocal agreement with the School Board until the new aquatics complex is ready.
2) Changed the land use designation for the Wright land parcel (on Willoughby, across from MCHS) to designate that parcel for the new aquatics complex.
3) Enter into negoatiations with a contractor/builder to build/operate the complex. Susan Valliere and Michael DeTerlizzi modified this by specifying that a 50 meter pool be pursued.
